Shri Girish Gangadhar Kandalgaonkar
Trustee, LOKVIKAS SOCIAL FOUNDATION
Shri Girish Kandalgaonkar is a mechanical engineer, entrepreneur, social worker, and lifelong student of the Bhagavad Gita and Upanishads. His journey combines technical knowledge, enterprise leadership, spiritual study, and committed community service.
Engineering & Enterprise
Built experience in manufacturing, agrotech, and solid waste management projects.
Municipal Impact
Consulted for 150+ municipalities and 3 municipal corporations in Maharashtra.
Social Development
Drives projects in education, value-based development, health, and youth training.
Spiritual Guidance
Conducts regular Gita discourses and promotes value-based living through public talks.
Through LOKVIKAS SOCIAL FOUNDATION, he continues to strengthen work in Pune’s service settlements, with special focus on education, women’s skill development, health services, and youth empowerment.
Shri Sushil Narayandas Agrawal

Shri Sushil Agrawal brings together industrial leadership, educational vision, institutional development, and deep social responsibility. A Chemical Engineering graduate from IIT Kanpur, he has worked across enterprise, infrastructure, education, and community service.

Leads major drinking water supply and plantation-related infrastructure work.
